Our Limited Edition Rods (Pentagonal 5 strip and Hexagonal 6 strip)

From time to time we offer Limited Edition Rods. Currenlty, we have two models available. As the name implies, only a very limited number of each offering will be made, so it is highly recommened to order one as soon as possible.

We are now offering an 8'6" 2 piece 1 tip 6 weight Tournament Rod designed by N. P. Tusoni in the late 1940's. It comes in a light straw color with a custom grip, agate sripper, exotic burl wood insert, and distinctive signature wraps of the finest silk.		This rod is of hexagonal (6 strip) construction and can cast a complete length of line very accuractly and with reasonable presentation. It weighs approximately 5.5 ounces. Our second limited edition offering is our 4x4 model which consists of a matched set of four 8'0" 2 piece 1 tip rods that have hand fitted ferrules allowing all eight sections to be totally interchangeable! This results in sixteen distinct actions! Each rod section is designated with its relative weight for casting comparisons.		These rods are of pentagonal (5 strip) construction and come in either four protective aluminum tubes or a presentation hardwood case. Each series has matched agate stripper guides, Amboyna Sapwood burl wood inserts and custom grips. Each rod weighs approximately 4.2 ounces. Please call for pricing and availability.
